These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player") and PA365 ("the Platform," "PA365," "we," or "us") governing your use of the PA365 website located at pa365.ws, including all products, services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers available on the platform.
By registering an account on PA365 or by using any PA365 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any PA365 service.
These Terms are written in English for the benefit of Pakistani players. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the binding version.

PA365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that PA365 determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.
To register a PA365 account, you must be at least 18 years of age. PA365 does not knowingly allow any person under 18 to register or use the platform. If PA365 reasonably suspects that a player is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended pending identity verification, and any winnings accrued during this period may be voided.
Each player may hold only one active PA365 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. PA365 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, PA365 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering with PA365. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PA365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. PA365 staff will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect your PA365 account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact PA365 support immediately.
PA365 recommends enabling any available additional security features on your account. Using a strong, unique password for your PA365 account — separate from your email or banking passwords — significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
PA365 may require you to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address may also be required. PA365 will hold any pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
PA365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PA365 does not apply any currency conversion charges.
The minimum deposit on PA365 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; VIP Club members may have higher limits as part of their tier benefits.
Withdrawal requests on PA365 are processed within standard business hours for regular accounts. PA365 VIP Club members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing, which typically means requests are completed within minutes regardless of time of day. PA365 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Processing times for specific payment methods may vary depending on the receiving institution.
PA365 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Additionally, PA365 may request that the payment method used for a withdrawal matches the payment method used for the original deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
PA365 will only process withdrawals to payment methods owned by the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. PA365 may apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable policies. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log into your PA365 account at least once every 12 months.
All bonuses and promotions offered by PA365 are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. These terms include the minimum deposit required to qualify, the wagering requirement (how many times the bonus or bonus plus deposit must be staked before a withdrawal is permitted), the eligible games, any minimum odds restrictions, and the expiry date of the bonus. Players must read and understand these specific terms before claiming any PA365 bonus.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) must be bet before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal is processed. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
Weekly cashback paid to PA365 VIP Club members is credited as real PKR money with no wagering requirement attached. This cashback may be withdrawn immediately or used for further betting — the choice belongs to the player. VIP cashback is calculated on verified net losses over the qualifying period and is credited every Monday.
PA365 has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, placing opposing bets on the same market to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hedging"), and using automated betting software to clear bonus wagering. PA365 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from abused bonuses, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

All bets placed on PA365 are subject to acceptance by PA365. A bet is not confirmed until you receive explicit confirmation from the PA365 system — a visual confirmation on screen and/or a bet reference number. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation from being displayed, the bet may not be deemed valid.
PA365 makes every effort to ensure that odds are published accurately. In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human error, PA365 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, even after settlement. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.
PA365 may suspend a betting market at any time — for example, when a match is disrupted by bad weather, when a player injury occurs, or when PA365 has reasonable grounds to believe market integrity has been compromised. Void bets have the staked amount returned to the player's account. PA365 follows established industry rules for settlement of sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or decided by non-sporting means.
For Pakistan Super League matches and other cricket events, PA365 applies standard international cricket betting rules. Matches abandoned due to weather after a minimum number of overs have been played may be settled in accordance with the official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result. Outright markets on series and tournaments remain open for betting until the final match unless a team is mathematically eliminated from contention.
All casino games available on PA365 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The outcomes of all non-live games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) streamed in real time.
PA365 publishes RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all game categories. These percentages represent the expected long-run payout rate over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Casino gaming inherently involves variance — individual results will differ from the published RTP figure in any given session.
PA365 does not manipulate the outcome of any casino game. The platform earns its margin through the mathematical house edge built into each game by its licensed provider — not through any intervention in individual game rounds.
In the event of a game malfunction during a casino session, any incomplete round will be void and the staked amount for that round will be returned to the player's account. PA365 is not liable for losses resulting from a game disconnection caused by the player's internet connection.

PA365 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure issues may occasionally affect platform availability. PA365 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any disruption.
PA365's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's PA365 account at the time of any claim. PA365 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses arising from betting decisions made in reliance on information displayed on PA365.
PA365 is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from the player providing their credentials to a third party.
PA365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PA365 will notify registered players by email and display a prominent notice on the PA365 platform for a minimum of 14 days before the updated terms take effect.
Your continued use of PA365 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should close your PA365 account before the effective date of the changes and withdraw any remaining balance.
